    Recruitment
    Communicates with clients (LAUSD, LBUSD, & LAWA) for recruitment needs.
    Primary contact for all sub consultants for LAUSD
    Assist with onboarding requirements for the district
    Lead weekly meetings to discuss recruitment updates; open/future positions.
    Take notes during prep interviews.
    Assist the marketing team in recruitment activities
    Provide sourcing and search activities, develop strategies, utilize resume databases, online resources, associations, internal and external referrals, and competition recruitment
    Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand the needs of business and support their current hiring needs
    Responsible for maintaining a large resource of potential "pooled" sources and candidates for recruitment and referrals
    Assist with the formatting and submissions of resumes calls from clients
    Marketing
    Assist marketing team with the preparation and packaging of business proposals
    Prepare necessary presentation materials
    Draft proposal-related information, including project descriptions and resumes
    Assist the marketing team to actively research project opportunities
    Attend university and career events, building relationship with university's career centers, professors, and student societies

    Work with the team developing a growth strategy to increase Pacifica's digital footprint across search, website, and social media with the aim to increase Brand Awareness for the business.

    In collaboration with Marketing Director, develop, publish, and advertise content (texts, pictures, videos, etc.) to our social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram,
    Collaborate with other departments within the company to create social media content

    Execute the social media strategy:
    manage the social media calendar, develop content and social media strategy.
    Keep the marketing team up to date about current and upcoming trends in social media and regional social activities
    Continuously perform competitive research and monitor trends
    Maintain proposal filing system
    Maintain marketing databases
    Support marketing administrative activities
    Front Office
    Assist the front office as needed
