- Perform all Youth Care Professional functions as required and as needed

- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of direct care experience in a residential setting; OR
- Associate's Degree and a minimum of 2.5 years of experience; OR
- High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Valid NYS Driver's License required
- Full Covid Vaccination is required
- Must meet agency driving and insurance standards

We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Residential Supervisor to manage the day to day responsibilities of the Residential Unit.
Responsibilities include the ability to work in a trauma informed environment, youth individual and group skills, knowledge of schedules and the ability to mentor and coach team members.
