    Job Overview

    • Specialty: Labor and Delivery

    • Shift: 12 hours, nights (36 hours/week)
    • Employment Type: Travel Nursing Position

    We require an experienced L&D RN with at least 3 years of experience to work in our critical access hospital. The ideal candidate will possess BLS, NRP, and FHM certifications. PALS or ENPC, ACLS, and STABLE certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Additionally, the successful candidate should have mother/baby experience and be willing to float to Med/Surg as needed.

    Responsibilities

    1. Provide high-quality patient care in the Labor and Delivery department.
    2. Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
    3. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and seamless patient care.
    4. Floating to Med/Surg as needed to meet staffing demands.

    Requirements

    • Current RN license in good standing.
    • At least 3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
    • BLS, NRP, and FHM certifications.
    • PALS or ENPC, ACLS, and STABLE certifications (preferred).
