    Home Care RN's needed Willing Train Experienced Nurses


    Registered Nurses Would you like to be trained in home health care by one of the best providers in the industry?



    BlueBird Care is a leading established Home Health Care Agency. We currently have an opportunity for a full time Field RN in NYC.

    • Confer with the Home Care Team including the physician to determine the need for homecare; which includes the development , implementation and subsequent revision of Plans of Treatment

    • Conduct initial assessments of the client's health care status and psychosocial needs for service admission, obtain physician's orders and develop individualized Plans of Care

    • Supervise all HHA/PCA/CNA staff providing in home services according to policy, including conducting in-service education and orientation programs

    • Supervise nurses providing in home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and/or adults

    • Submit and maintain accurate documentation within the required timeframe


    Job Type: Full-time



    Pay: Salary offered based off experience.


    BlueBird Care offers a competitive pay up $100 per visit.


    Qualifications:

    • R.N. diploma from an accredited NLN program with a minimum of an Associate's Degree (BSN preferred). Valid and unencumbered RN license, certificate or registration or credentialing as required.

    • One year of home health based experience is required.

    • Strong assessment and organizational skills.

    • Experience working with geriatric/pediatric population.

    • Reliable means of transportation.
