    Role Summary:

    This is a full-time, in-person role for an experienced social media marketer who wants to join a dynamic agency team. Force Media has a long history of providing premium marketing results for our clients and we want you to be part of it. Your day-to-day responsibilities will usually include capturing and editing iPhone footage, creating and managing organic social media campaigns, and developing content plans for future posts. In a nutshell, you'll be responsible for developing and optimizing our clients' organic social media marketing efforts while working closely with other departments.

    • $54,000 - $60,000 starting salary

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Complete ownership of organic campaigns on social channels
    • Shoot iPhone footage
    • Edit social videos
    • Create graphics
    • Content planning and strategy
    • Stay up to date with social trends
    • Manage multiple client accounts
    • Brand research
    • Copywriting

    These responsibilities are a summary of the majority of this role's required tasks, but are not an exhaustive list. As a small business, additional responsibilities relating to the marketing department and adjacent departments may be required (e.g. attending events, helping with video shoots, etc.)

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • 3-5 years of relevant experience
    • Video editing (e.g. Premiere Pro)
    • Simple graphic design (e.g. Canva)
    • iPhone photography/videography
    • Social media scheduling software (e.g. Metricool, Later)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
    • Actively engaged in staying up to date on current and best-performing practices
    • Proficient in Google Suite
    • Experience in healthcare and home services is beneficial
    • Previous agency experience is beneficial

After working in digital marketing for years, he noticed that far too many agencies take advantage of their clients and create toxic work environments. They also lacked the flexibility and skill diversity to help clients solve all of their marketing problems. Enter Force Media. We are a boutique, full-service digital marketing agency that (actually) helps our clients grow their businesses. When a client signs on with us, they don't leave. They see the results We operate with hard work and integrity, treating our clients' dollars as if they were our own. We handle our clients' Paid Ads, social media, and video production. We also assist them with website projects, SEO, and communications projects. We're growing quickly and are excited to add additional members to our team.

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Strong spelling and grammar skills
    • Must be fluent in English.
    • Must be able to stand/operate a small camera for 8 hours.
    • Must be able to lift 40 pounds
    • Must hold a US driver's license and have reliable transportation
