Director of Nursing - Great Bend, United States - PRIDE Health
Description
Pride Health is hiring a Director of Nursing for our client in Great Bend, KS This position oversees a 33-bed ER, Med/Surg, L&D, OR, Educator, and Social Service units.
On call once every 6 weeks, 24/7-Monday-Sunday
Pay:
$115-130k yearly
Job Duties:
Provide positive leadership in an environment of teamwork, open communication, and customer service.
Establishes and oversees compliance with regulatory and certifying agencies standards.
Responsible for human resources processes including interviewing and orientating staff, ongoing performance management, and timekeeping/scheduling.
Assists with financial management by developing and maintaining a budget.
Assists in developing policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain standards of care and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
BSN
3 to 5 years of acute/hospital experience.
Hospital management experience.
Rural Hospital experience preferred.
Not looking for LTC, SNF, or Nursing Home Experience
Active KS RN license
Acute care experience preferred.
BLS
ACLS
Possible relocation assistance offered.
