    Purchasing Assistant - Forest Products

    Looking for a career opportunity? Our Purchasing team is building, and looking for a Purchasing Assistant to be a part of our growth. This position will support our Forest Product Managers. Here is a brief summary of responsibilities and qualifications for the successful candidate.

    Responsibilities:
    • Replenishment for all branches
    • Product Manager back up
    • Inventory control
    • Vendor inquiries, competitive shops and price changes
    • Administrative and marketing tasks as related to category management.
    Qualifications:
    • Desire to learn
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Good computer (MS Excel, Word, Outlook) and math skills
    • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Product knowledge a plus.
