Conduct weekly monthly audits GMP Pest Control ETC Provide daily monitoring facilities personnel ensure compliance food safety system facility Ensure training facility personnel GMPs Risk Preventive Controls Hazard Analysis pre-requisite programs applicable elements required Safely keep records analytical results immediately report results discovered specification supervisor Provide documented reports analytical results supervisor tracking reporting data trends Assisting investigating non-conformance customer complaints providing leadership facility team corrective actions preventive measures Aid hosting visitors including regulatory agency representatives customer representatives function host third-party auditors Possess innovative resourceful proactive disposition committed ensuring continuous improvement capacity delivering quality service Ability prioritize position responsibilities accurately deadline Follow health cleanliness standards Excellent attendance punctuality hourly role Handle other tasks assigned FS QA Supervisor Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma/GED preferred Experience performing administrative work completing reconciling paperwork preferred Prior FSQA technician document control experience preferred Prior food manufacturing experience preferred Knowledge understanding applicable FDA USDA regulations GMPs required Detailed Oriented Ability work independently Analytical solve problems Stay organized multitask Perform basic mental math Effectively communicate English Balance productivity quality safety Work fast-paced environment Work weekends hours needed Working Conditions Largely static standing ability repetitively bending standing up also lift pounds repetitively occasionally Must push pull occasional rollers This role operates wet cold refrigerated environment located within manufacturing warehousing production type facility Must withstand temperatures duration shift Universal Pure facilities may process pack store products allergenic ingredients referenced FDA team members come direct contact able work these ingredients Job description designed cover comprehensive listing activities duties responsibilities Duties responsibilities activities change new ones assigned time notice Universal Pure Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
