Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services and health education to nursing home guests as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Supervise the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members
Administer medications accurately and safely to guests
Assess guest's health status, alert the physician of any changes, and implement new orders promptly
Implement necessary nursing interventions to stabilize guest's conditions and prevent complications
Contribute to guest assessments and care plan development

Qualifications:

Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care environment
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state
CPR certification
