Description
We are hiring an Employment Specialist/Recruiter of Skilled Construction, Industrial, and Transportation Trades to join the team of the Sioux Falls, Express Employment Professionals team.
In this role one will manage relationships of skilled trades employers
Responsibilities include to:
1) Work closely with the Business Development Manager in staying on top of Client and prospective customer staffing needs. 2) Develop and execute recruiting plans for each client job order. 3) Work closely with the Recruiting Specialist in recruiting and screening applicants/job candidates. 4) Manage Client and applicant/employee communications regarding results and expectations. 4) Support clients in the monitoring and management of employee job performance. 5) Market highly qualified applicants to prospective clients when an open job order is not available.
Qualified candidates will possess; 1) a High Scholl diploma or GED, relevant advance education is preferred, 2) 2+ years of relevant recruiting and management experience, 3) strong computer and communication skills, 4) a competitive nature individually and as a team member, and 5) highly efficient at time management and multi-tasking/organization.
This job offers a flexible work schedule between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday thru Friday, compensation includes a base wage plus a strong performance-based incentive plan.
