The Xavier University Career Development Office is seeking applicants for the position of Employer Relations Office Assistant in the Office of the Provost, Academic Engagement.This position will provide primary support to the employer relations team and assist with scheduling and marketing campus engagement opportunities with employers/graduate schools,
Responsibilities include scheduling visits, reserving space, organizing on-campus interview schedules within the career management system (Handshake), responding to inquiries from employers/graduate schools/organizations concerning campus recruiting and greeting and orienting organizations/recruiters to campus.
