    Soreo, a service of Mosaic, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Independent Contracted Direct Care Workers to support older adults and people of all ages with a physical and/or intellectual disability.

    This 1099 contract opportunity is designed for mission-driven people who value autonomy and professional flexibility.

    As a contractor, you have the freedom to build a schedule that fits your lifestyle, coordinating visits based on your availability and the specific needs of the people you serve.

    Play a vital role in helping members of your community lead fulfilling, independent lives within the comfort of their own homes.

    Support people in defining their own goals and provide the guidance necessary to reach milestones that improve their daily quality of life.

    Provide emotional companionship and assist with essential household tasks, including meal preparation, grooming, laundry, and light housekeeping.
