    Position Summary


    The Technical Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

    This role will require deep learning of technical systems to provide overall client relationship management, strategy, while considering project resources.

    Responsible for special projects and assisting in developing implementation guidelines, identifying critical path, and technical requirements.

    The Technical Project Manager should have extensive experience in running and overseeing complex technical projects as this role will need to have a deep understanding of the technical solutions being implemented.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    Ownership of clients and contracted services

    Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. Define project tasks, project timelines, critical path, and resource requirements

    Task planning and management

    Develop full-scale project plans and assemble and coordinate project staff

    Understanding of healthcare SaaS industry and best practices

    Oversight and understanding of all projects subject matter, such as privacy and security, finance, legal, business/executive decisions, etc.

    Provide guidance to client around key decision making and requirements to ensure implementation success

    Track project deliverables using appropriate tools/project management resources

    Provide direction and support to operations to assure quality in project delivery

    Consistently monitor and report on progress of the project to executives including timelines, project risks, assumptions, and schedule

    Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions to both Company executives and clients

    Manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

    Maintain awareness and education of

    technologies/platforms

    to oversee technical alignment with overall project goals/strategies

    Oversight of special projects, ensuring technical requirements are vetted to match desired workflow and outcomes

    Mentor and provide guidance for Operations team, Project Managers, and Support staff when necessary


    Have a technical understanding of the solution and product, supporting the ability to strategize, troubleshoot, and map out steps to resolve issues when needed.

    Collaborating with necessary support, development, or system engineers

    Key Qualifications

    2-5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager

    Experience with Risk Assessments and Road Mapping

    PMP Certification preferred

    Experience with Microsoft Project, Gannt Chart, Jira preferred

    Technical application experience or knowledge


    Able to serve as a liaison between both client and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs.

    Experience setting proper expectations regarding bandwidth to get projects done and in a timely manner

    Strong communication skills
