To succeed in this role, you must be a team player who excels at communication and multitasking. Key responsibilities include wearing a radio headset to stay informed, maintaining a neat appearance, and liaising between servers and kitchen staff to ensure guest orders are fulfilled as requested.

• Monitor the kitchen's progress regularly to anticipate delays or issues that may impact service.
• Inform managers and servers about out-of-stock items promptly so we can adjust our offerings accordingly.

Your success will also depend on your ability to maintain cleanliness throughout your work area. This includes keeping the stainless-steel cabinets behind the counter spotless. Additionally:

• Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally during your shift.
• Show courtesy and friendliness towards guests by smiling frequently and conveying a positive attitude at all times.
