    HEALING CENTER POSITIONSUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE:
    Program Development Coordinator will play a crucial role in the growth and development of St. Jude's Ranch for Children's organization's programs and services for children in need.

    Preference for candidate with experience working with child victims of sex trafficking or have lived experience and work experience with this population or children that have experienced trauma.

    Position is located in Boulder City with our Healing Center.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    Collaborate with the executive team to identify program needs and develop strategies to enhance existing programs.
    Conduct research and analysis to identify new program opportunities and potential funding sources.
    Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, donors, and stakeholders to support program development efforts.
    Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions for program staff and volunteers.
    Assist in the creation and implementation of program evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness and impact of our programs.
    Prepare reports and presentations on program development progress and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program development and child welfare services.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


    Education and Experience:


    Preferred candidate with experience working with child victims of sex trafficking or have lived experience and work experience with this population or children that have experienced trauma.

    Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, Master's degree preferred, AND two (2) year of experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.


    Required Knowledge and SkillsKnowledge of:
    Proven experience in program development, preferably in a nonprofit or child welfare organization.
    Strong knowledge of child welfare issues and best practices in program development.

    Specialty program planning, development, coordination, and evaluationSocial, developmental, cultural, economic, and legislative issues and trends impacting targeted populationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.


    Skill in:
    Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to the mission and values of St.

    Jude's Ranch for Children.

    Experience in training, evaluating and assessing programs and recommend methods for ongoing improvementAbility to interpret documents and procedure manuals and write routine reports and correspondenceExperience with standard office equipmentAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulationsAbility to write reports and business correspondenceAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, media, and the general publicAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization existAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formatREQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
    Continued employment is contingent upon all required licenses and certificates being maintained in active status without suspension or revocation.
    Nevada driver's license.
    CPR and First Aid training within six (6) months of date of hire.
