Company Overview:

Sunriver Brewing Company is a family-owned business founded in Central Oregon in 2012. Almost 300 team members represent three pubs and a brewery located in Central Oregon with an additional pub in Eugene. We are dedicated to awesome craft beer, delicious food, and engaging service. We're looking for an Expeditor to join our team and operations at our Sunriver Pub in Sunriver.

Expeditor - Position Summary:

In this position, you will be the liaison between kitchen and front of house regarding plating, presentation, and timeliness of food. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Your duties will include ensuring the efficient flow of orders between the kitchen and front of house, ensuring orders are being prepared correctly and up to standard, and assisting in final preparation of dishes. You should have excellent communication skills with in-depth knowledge of each item's ingredients, presentation, and timing.

Pay starts at $17.00 with an additional tip allocation from $7-$12/hour.

Expeditor - Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Ensure orders are being prepared correctly
• Assist in final preparation of dishes
• Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation and temperature
• Help with maintaining quality and sanitation standards
• Transfer important information between the kitchen and the front of house
• All other duties assigned

Expeditor - Job Requirements & Skills:

• Food Handler's Permit
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, item ingredients, and best practices.
• Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
