Manufacturing Engineer - Anoka

- Optimize manual, semi-automated, and fully automated processes by collaborating with operators, team leaders, and value stream managers to enhance production layouts, streamline material flow, and improve line balancing.
- Apply lean principles to drive continuous improvement and waste reduction, resulting in enhanced safety, product quality, delivery, and reduced cost.
- Work with New Product Development (NPD) team to analyze drawings and ensure the new product can be manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Submit Capital Equipment requests for new equipment or technology and work with project team members and suppliers to ensure effective integration into production.
