    Job Title: Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter

    Are you a sales enthusiast looking to take your career to new heights? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? Look no further!

    Responsibilities:

    • Represent American Residential Services at our partner National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores, engaging customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy savings.
    • Generate leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation or sell a home performance tune-up, with one of our industry experts taking over from there.

    Compensation: $17/hr + Bonus & Uncapped Commission. Earnings potential of $25/hr or more.

    Work Schedule: Part-time & full-time positions open. Weekends and some holidays are required.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to work independently, representing our brand inside of our partner retail locations.
    • Sales experience preferred, but an outgoing personality will certainly work in place of experience.
    • Ability to put in extra hours and weekends when needed.
    • All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment screenings.
