This role plays a critical part in elevating the customer experience in the insurance sector, focusing on continuous improvement of our training programs. You'll be responsible for equipping claims adjusters with the necessary skills and tools to make well-informed decisions. Accountabilities- Design comprehensive training programs and materials for new hires and existing employees.
- Utilize instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with best practices and policies.
- Manage and update the claims training library and learning management system content.
- Deliver high-quality training sessions, including role-playing and practical application exercises.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and measure training effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback during the onboarding process.
- Minimum of 5 years in a property and casualty insurance claims environment.
- Expert knowledge of claims lifecycle and best practices in personal lines insurance.
- Experience in instructional design or training roles within the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.
- Ability to analyze data to assess training needs and effectiveness.
- Proficient with Learning Management Systems and Microsoft/Google products.
- Adaptable and comfortable with frequent changes in a fast-paced environment.
