Job summary
The role of Senior Manager Patient Advocacy will support PharmaEssentias advocacy strategies and partnerships within the therapeutic areas of myeloproliferative neoplasms MPN and the broader blood cancers and rare disease spaces This individual will help cultivate and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with patient organizations elevate the patient voice within multiple departments internally and help position PharmaEssentia as a valued partner within the MPN community
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher
- At least 3-5 years of patient advocacy experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and/or working with or for patient advocacy organizations
- Proven ability to build high-trust transparent and collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders Experience developing executing advocacy strategies tied to any given therapeutic area preferably in oncology hematology space Familiarity compliance environment around patient advocacy partnerships patient interactions Demonstrated reputation internally externally well-respected dynamic team-player Strong project management cross-functional collaboration capabilities Skilled integrating patients voice strategies work across multiple departments internally Ability travel domestically international travel required ul>
