    • HR Executive Business Consultant Qualifications:• Consistently makes, safety and security, of self and others, the priority
    • 5 or more years of experience supporting enterprise payroll and compensation initiatives (e.g., SAP, Kronos, SuccessFactors, and SaaS products preferred)
    • Extensive knowledge of Human Resources processes and data integration architecture (preferred: High level of proficiency in Features/Functions, End-to-end Configuration and/or Dev experience, and integration experience)
    • Leverage expertise to effectively communicate and collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., HR, HRSD, HRIT, Divisional IT, Divisional Customers) throughout all project life cycles (e.g., Requirements, Realization/Build Iterations, Testing Iterations, Deployment and Support)

    HR Executive Business Consultant Summary:

    • Providing guidance and support for Time and HR integration-related initiatives on an enterprise level, assisting with data and implementation
    • Program lead level engagement, ability to manage multiple projects in parallel; key contributor in solutions, technology, and integrations workstreams through participation in HR projects as an integral part of a cross-functional team to support the delivery of HR Services
    • Data analytics and Reporting, ability to share and connect across all levels (e.g., Governance-SteerCo(s), Controls-PMO, and Implementation-Project team members). Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
    • Collaborates with many teams including networking, database, storage/backup, development, IT operations, and business operations to resolve complex escalations/issues involving multiple processes/systems, including analysis to identify root causes and ideate viable solutions
    • A high level of discretion and responsibility when it comes to handling sensitive information**Some flexibility with hours may be needed to accommodate project testing
