- Participate in the development of a large-scale Ads system, including recall/ranking/relevance modules.
- Participate in the iteration of Search Ads system infrastructures and improving performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists and other engineering teams to land new product functionalities.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant majors.
- Excellent programming skills in C++/Golang, debugging and optimization skills in general purpose programming languages.
- 7+ years of Industrial experience and good understanding in one of the following domains: Online Advertising System, Ads Delivery System, Search Engine.
- Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way.
- Good collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams.
