What You'll Do

As our Veterinary Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face (and voice) of the clinic:

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling
• Support client communication and education
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with front desk workflow and organization
• Help create a welcoming, positive clinic experience
