What You'll Do:The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide basic nursing care to patients and residents within the scope of the nursing assistant's responsibilities and perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.

• Assist residents with care, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, hygiene, and placement of adaptive equipment.
• Obtain patient vitals.
• Ensure call lights are within reach of residents and answer call lights promptly.
• Report all changes in resident conditions to the supervisor as soon as possible.
• Assures that residents are positioned appropriately for meals, serves meal trays, and assists with feeding as needed per individual care plan.
• Completes all required documentation before the end of the shift.
