    Key Requirements:
    • Must demonstrate commitment, hard work, honesty, and friendliness.
    • Outstanding customer service abilities.
    • Dependable daily transportation to and from work.
    • Possession of a valid driver's license.
    • Proficiency in using computers.
    • Able to support the General Manager in team building.
    • Aptitude for coaching and leading a team independently.
    • Capable of fostering a positive, high-energy teamwork environment.
    • Effective communication skills with all team members.
    • Sales expertise.

    Additional Duties:
    • Maintain professional interactions with all Marco's Pizza clientele.
    • Promptly address any customer concerns by ensuring each customer's satisfaction.
    • Willingness to adhere to Marco's Pizza standards for opening and closing the store, including conducting nightly inventory checks and overseeing cash management.
    • Readiness to receive mentorship for progression to higher management roles.
    • Ability to execute all Shift Management tasks and store operations per Marco's Pizza guidelines.
    • Commitment to fulfilling Marco's Pizza's daily cleaning protocols.
    • Ensuring a safe and well-organized restaurant environment for staff and customers.
