    Triumph Enterprises is currently looking for a Program Manager to join a contract with a federal government client with an important mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while serving a fulfilling mission. The ideal candidate will lead the effort to provide support to all organizational and functional areas within a federal agency.

    Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will work directly with our government client and lead team members to:

    • Develop and implement program objectives in alignment with the organization's goals.
    • Create and manage program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Monitor and track program progress, identifying any potential risks or issues.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure program success.
    • Manage and motivate program teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
    • Evaluate program performance and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations on program status, including achievements, challenges, and key metrics.
    • Identify opportunities for program growth and expansion.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program management.
    Required Experience
    • Expert knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
    • Experience specific to Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia is desired but not mandatory.
    • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to quickly develop understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
    • Exceptionally self-motivated, directed, and detail oriented.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
    Desired Elements
    • Experience with the Naval Surface Warfare Center(s) Maintenance and Engineering Division(s).
    • Experience with HM&E research and development, test and evaluation, engineering and fleet support organization for Navy's ships, submarines, military watercraft and unmanned vehicles.
    • Experience with systems and programs related to Machinery Research, Logistics, and Ship Integrity
    • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Total Quality Management.
    Education Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with a minimum of 10 years overall experience, including 5 years of federal procurement/acquisition experience with at least 2 years of management experience.
    Clearance Requirements:
    • US Citizenship is required with active Secret clearance.
