About the Position

• Work on weekends and holidays with a potential of up to seven days of parcel delivery service per week;
• Utilize your personal vehicle in this mobile-based position, often traveling long distances within designated routes;

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Assistance: Courteously address customers' inquiries about their packages while ensuring prompt resolution of any concerns they may have regarding services or products received from us. Ensure accuracy in handling communication with internal teams regarding missed deliveries.  Determine cause&"solution steps when needed; provide innovative suggestions for improved efficiency if encountered during assigned tasks,
