Must Have
Technical/Functional Skills
Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Lean Manufacturing, and Process
Control Concepts, Design of Experiments (DOE), Process Validation
and product/process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
Use of Problem Solving and Process Improvement Methodologies
(e.g. 6 Sigma).
Experience with data analysis (Minitab, JUMP) preferred.
Experience with Measurement Systems (CMM's, Vision Inspection
and Profilometers).
Experience with CAD Software Solid Works, MasterCAM.
Experience with GD&T ASME Y14.5M-1994.
Experience Required Must have min 5 yrs. day to day manufacturing shop floor
experience from Medical devices manufacturer or similar industry
Serve as a cross functional team member as primary process and
manufacturing expert in day-to-day manufacturing processes
Provides technical direction and guidance to other team members
Role typically requires more than 5 years of experience in shop floor.
