Description
The Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for providing advanced patient care to critically ill, complex patients in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals in the Medical Intensive Care Unit including the care of post cardiac surgical patients.
Performs a wide variety of high-level patient care activities which may include conducting patient history and physical examination, the development and implementation of individualized care plans to address medical, physical, and psychosocial needs, perform procedural skills, and evaluation of patient progress.
Open to new graduate ACNP/AGACNP/PA with critical care experience including care of the cardiac patient populationAcute Care Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant
