    Description

    We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector to lead our exemplary Housekeeping Staff and provide exceptional customer service. This role will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest expectations, adhering to Hilton Brand Standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee staff daily, including Room Attendants, Housepersons, Public/Lobby Attendants, and Laundry Attendants
    • Conduct regular checks of rooms and common areas, ensuring they meet cleanliness and hygiene standards
    • Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards
    • Motivate team members and resolve any issues that arise
    • Respond to customer complaints and special requests
    • Monitor and replenish cleaning products, including floor cleaner, bleach, and rubber gloves
    • Participate in large-scale cleaning projects as required
    • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
    • Perform additional Housekeeping duties as needed, including guest room cleaning, laundry, public area cleaning, and stock replenishment

    Requirements

    • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
    • Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
    • Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
    • Excellent organizational and team management skills
    • Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
    • A high school diploma is preferred
