Job summary

The Assistant General Manager of Sales is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations and sales performance for an assigned group of retail stores.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily retail and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow from delivery to sales floor
  • Lead, train, and manage store and stock teams, including hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and ensure timely product placement
  • Act as Manager on Duty, handling opening/closing duties and supporting store-wide operations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in retail inventory, warehouse, or stocking supervision
  • 2+ years of experience in a management or leadership role
