Job summary
Will perform and report tests of all complexity levels on patients of all ages to assist with the routine screening diagnosis treatment and management of diseases and injuries.MLS: will interpret and correlate test results with disease states exhibit problem solving skills of a highly complex nature participate in Quality Assurance Quality Control monitoring instrumentation maintenance troubleshooting May be required to perform phlebotomy specimen processing duties participate in research development education technical consultation.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician American Society of Clinical Pathology ASCP is required within one year from the date of hire.
