    This position is based onsite in Walnut Creek, CA


    We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Sourcing with LinkedIn recruiter as well professional/social media, prescreening, scheduling, facilitating interviews, extending offers and developing employment agreements.

    In addition to recruiting, you will have the opportunity to partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager in planning, developing, and implementing talent acquisition strategies for the company

    Recruiting experience (3 years)

    Required
    LinkedIn Recruiter experience (2 years) is

    Required
    Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience (2 years) is

    Required
    Experience with various sourcing strategies is a plus
    Experience in healthcare is a plus
    Prescreening experience is a plus
    Outstanding excel, word and graphic design skills are necessary
