JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The Opportunity:
Avantor is hiring a Director DigitalMarketing that will articulate, execute, and manage the company\'sdigital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensiveexperience in digital technology and working in multiple digitalmarketing channels. The role will collaborate across various functionsto bring in high quality traffic to all selling channels.


What we\'relooking for:

Education:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, CIS,Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in arelated field)

Master\'s Degree in Business Administration, ComputerScience, CIS, Engineering or related fieldpreferred Experience: 10 yearsof experience in digital marketing or a related field.

6 years ofexperience as a manager or director in digital marketing Experienceworking on ad platforms such as Google and Microsoft.

6 years ofexperience in developing digital marketing strategies. 6 years ofhands-on experience with SEO, email marketing and Google Analytics.


Preferred Experience:

Experience in a leadership role of a largematrixed organization Experience in Digital marketing technologyincluding a Customer Data Platform, email marketing, Google AnalyticsExperience managing the development, implementation, and integration ofmultiple and/or complex business systems within an organization How youwill make an impact: Own and execute the company\'s overall digitalmarketing strategy.

Lead the Digital marketing team by inspiring them,removing roadblocks, and helping them find a path to success.

Ownrelationships with digital leadership across board members and other keydigital influencers in other business units including but not limited tocommercial leadership, Global Communications and brand.
