    We arelooking for a Communications Manager - Carrier Marketing who will be responsible for the management and administration of developing,coordinating and implementing marketing strategies for the Carrier accountteam. We're looking for a best in class Manager, one with strong communicationsskills, a can-do attitude and a passion to learn and be a part of a highperformance account marketing team. Tobe successful, you will have experience managing and developing marketingcommunication programs, preferably in the mobile telecommunication field. You will possess leadership skills to ownand drive your responsibilities to successful completion with optimal results.You will be adaptive, a good listener, able to work in a fast-paced environmentcollaborating with your cross functional colleagues. You will report to the Director of Marketing.

    You will champion mobile products and work closely with your fellow marketing colleagues to helpbuild and manage marketing programs that support product launches in ourcustomer's retail channels and sell out of those products. You will bring yourpassion and creative thinking to improve our go-to-market processes and betterour digital, CRM, loyalty, retail and local marketing programs. You will be entrusted with customer communication.

    Our ideal candidate will have an education in marketingand an understanding of product-marketing as it relates to a retail basedbusiness. You will possess knowledgeabout the mobile industry, mobile products and the carriers and their networks.You will have working knowledge of principals that drive business such asbudget management, supply and demand, price and promotion and performance andanalysis.

    As a Communications Manager, you will be a valued memberof the marketing and account team. Youwill have an invaluable experience, developing your marketing skills in thefast paced mobile industry working for one of the most innovative brands in theworld while serving the most dynamic carrier in the world.

    Roleand Responsibilities:

    • Be a positive, cooperative and proactive contributingmember of the Carrier account marketing team.
    • Manageand lead weekly Go-to-Market (GTM) readiness meetings for all new product launches.
    • Manageand lead launch day reporting in partnership with category managers for allproduct launches.
    • Manageand lead account led paid media strategy and execution with channel marketingteam.
    • Managedemand gen marketing programs in partnership with Carrier customer to driveawareness of new products and drive revenue growth.
    • Partnerwith your sales team to build and manage local marketing programs inopportunity markets to drive revenue growth.
    • Workwith Sales, Product Management and Carriers to ensure revenue andprofit goals are achieved.
    • Workwith business planning and finance partners to secure funding for new marketingprograms including new program setup within business systems.
    • Helpcoordinate return on investment analysis on marketing programs with businessplanning and finance partners.
    • Contributeto PowerPoint slide preparation for marketing and product launch storytelling.
    Required Experience and Education:
    • 5-7years' experience working in advertising, product marketing or channelmarketing function serving a sales organization.
    • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing from anaccredited college or university.
    • Experiencein the mobile telecom industry a plus.
    • Provenexperience building and managing marketing programs that drive sales growth.
    • Provenexperience leading meetings, organizing people and processes.
    • Experiencewith Adobe Acrobat preferred.
    Necessary Skills and Attributes:
    • Self-motivatedindividual with the ability to thrive in a team-based orindependent environment.
    • Detail-oriented with strongorganization skills.
    • Ability to work in afast-paced environment.
    • Limited supervisionand the exercise of discretion.
    • Abilityto ideate new concepts and creative problem solve a must.
    • Aboveaverage MS Office skills with focus on PowerPoint slide building.
    • Budgetmanagement and Excel proficiency.
    • Mustbe able to write, read, analyze, interpret, present, and explain mobile devicetechnical product specifications when needed.
    • Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships withall appropriate levels within and outside the company.
    • Ability to plan,organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
    • Ability to readand interpret marketing documents, media materials, and contracts (or relateddocuments) based on corporate legal and marketing standards and philosophy.
    • Polishedand effective verbal and written skills. Demonstratedcompetency in both oral and written communication modes for internal andexternal personnel at all levels, especially in the sales and marketing,logistical, or financial areas of clients, prospects, and company.
    • Superiorlevel of collateral development and project management skills, including theability to prepare written plans and schedules, identify objectives, createpromotional materials, coordinate and direct project teams, manage creativedevelopers, select and control printing and production resources, and managebudgets.

    Performswork under time schedules and stress which are normallyperiodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines,intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and projectmanagement deadlines. May require working additional timebeyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
