Banner Health, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the country's premier non-profit health care networks is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join a collegial team of Hospitalists with Banner University Medical Center Phoenix, the largest and one of the most comprehensive tertiary care facilities in Arizona. Clinical responsibilities for this opportunity include working in collaboration with a team of hospitalist physicians to admit, manage, and discharge hospitalized patients of all acuity levels.

BUMG Hospitalist group has multiple needs and looking for a variety of clinical experience and skills.

We are looking for Nurse Practitioners with the drive and clinical confidence to take on new challenges and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The team member will be involved in clinical management of patient, performance of therapeutic and diagnostic tests/procedures, prescribing medications, Observation admission/discharges, telephone cross coverage and assist with any emergency situations with Rapid responses and/or Code Blues.

Opportunity Detail:

o 3-13 hour shifts/week, 6 pm-7am.

Requirements:

• Acute Care, Cardiology, GI and/or Inpatient experience is highly desirable
• Current State of Arizona RN license or in process
• DEA with prescriptive authority required
• Open to New Graduates with Related Experience
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS
