    TheBoeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Human Resources (HR) team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Generalist (HRG) to join our Total Quality Leadership organization.

    The selected candidate will partner with the Vice President of BDS Total Quality,BDS Total Quality Executives and the Enterprise Quality Council leadershipto drive functional talent solutions for BDS Total Quality, support enterprise solutions and execute on critical HR initiatives. As the functional HR lead you will have divisional level HRG partners to drive execution.

    This position is available in: Berkeley, MO; Bridgeton, MO; El Segundo, CA; Hazelwood, MO; Huntsville, AL; Mesa, AZ; Mukilteo, WA; Oklahoma City, OK; Ridley Park, PA; Saint Charles, MO; San Antonio, TX or Tukwila, WA.

    Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment and administration of HR programs, policies, practices and processes
  • Address issues and implement necessary changes proactively to mitigate organizational risk while influencing the definition and integration of HR processes
  • Consult with management on leadership selection and succession planning
  • Counsel leaders on overall staffing and diversity strategy
  • Provide input to the development of organizational plans, vision, mission, goals and objectives
  • Implement and coordinate strategies, policies and practices for HR resource functions
  • Direct the roll-out of HR programs

    This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of human resources experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist
  • 3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels from individual contributors to executive leadership
  • 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experienced in project/program management
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate and navigate at all levels of the company
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with people across different cultures
  • Experience influencing teams and peers without direct authority
  • Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills

    Typical Education/Experience:

    Typically, 15 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

    Relocation:

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

    Summary pay range: $119,000 - $186,300.
