    We are looking for an Aircraft Assembly Structures Mechanic (Level B or C) to join our dynamic team in North Charleston, South Carolina on a Variable Shift

    In this role, you'll utilize your manufacturing assembly skills using knowledge gained from training sessions to carry out daily tasks efficiently. Understanding drawings and following work instructions will be key in identifying your work location and ensuring error-free assembly.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Complete the New Hire Training Cycle Flow to obtain necessary certifications.
    • Utilize computer systems for production purposes.
    • Setup and validate jigs and tooling.
    • Perform precise drilling and installations in critical aircraft areas.
    • Use calibrated measuring tools.
    • Handle various fastener removal tools.
    • Work with composite, aluminum, and titanium structures.
    • Read technical instructions and drawings.
    • Utilize software applications including Microsoft suite.
    • Adhere to safety standards and regulations.
    • Operate mechanical lifts and air tools.
    • Inspect work quality and ensure compliance.
    • Engage in physical activities: climbing, balancing, crawling, etc.

    Requirements for the Position:

    • Must be able to work variable shifts.
    • Previous experience in technical/mechanical fields.
    • Proficiency in software applications and composite work.
    • Familiarity with aircraft structural assembly.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of related experience or equivalent education.
    • Ability to work in confined spaces and with hazardous materials.
    • Experience in aerospace manufacturing and repair operations.
    • Completion of trade school or A&P certification.

    Education and Experience Guidelines:

    Associate (Level B): Basic education with 1+ year of related experience.

    Experienced (Level C): Basic education with 4+ years of related experience.
