- Connected: You understand the power of personal relationships and want to encourage others to find their voice and understand their ability to influence their networks.
- Socially Savvy: You like talking to individuals one-on-one as well as talking to groups – you are a people person. You enjoy communicating on social media and love using communication and digital tools.
- Technologically Savvy: You are excited to learn and use new technology for data and communication. Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is preferred. You have a willingness to learn new systems and utilize technology to support working smarter, not harder.
- Inclusive: You can work effectively with people regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, political background or job type. You understand how to connect on shared values with women who don't consider themselves to be "political" or who may disagree with you on some issues. You are willing to put yourself out there whether it is speaking in public, creating videos or talking to reporters.
- Playfully Passionate: Your ability to get sh*t done is accompanied by your love for fun. You understand that we can do serious work without taking ourselves too seriously.
