Job DescriptionWhat we expect from you as a Northwest Ambulance Paramedic:
· Use equipment like IV Pumps, ICU ventilators, cardiac monitors, and other advanced equipment to ensure excellent patient care.
· Provide appropriate documentation according to company policies and procedures.
· Act with integrity to support the company, its values, and employees while exceeding customer expectations and providing the highest level of patient care.
· Maintain a professional appearance and high uniform standards.
· Clean, organize, and restock the ambulance during each shift.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Outstanding time management capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
Effective supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks appropriately.

Must Have's:
NREMT and/or Washington State Paramedic certification - out of state applicants need to have the cognitive exam taken in the past 12 months per WA state requirements
Valid Driver's License, with a clean driving record
2 years of paramedic experience preferred

Wages:
Our wage range starts at $31.25 per hour. Shifts in Pierce County are 24 hours long and have different start times ranging from 6am to 8am.
