Job Summary
The Ammo R&D Intern is responsible for testing and development of ammunition products using industry standard equipment and creating well written reports in the execution of advanced test plans.This is an entry level position to develop and test ammunition in accordance with company standards.
The Intern will collaborate with Design Engineers, Manufacturing Engineering, Production and Quality on new product development. This includes product design, data collection, troubleshooting and root cause analysis, as well as workplace organization and safety.
- Assist with the design of new ammunition components and cartridges.
- Handload various ammunition for test and evaluation.
- Directly assists in Engineering and Production testing of new products.
