    Job Summary:

    As a Lead Case Manager, you will coordinate services for transitional housing programs and intensive housing services for LSS's housing programs.

    As a Lead Case Manager, you will:
    Develop, plan, implement and maintain services for the housing programs. Monitor the housing programs. Be involved in case management. Conduct community networking to maintain good standing with organizations in the community.


    Lead Case Manager Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent experience in field is required. Training and experience with low-income and homeless person is required years' experience in providing direct social services preferred. Experience should include knowledge of housing programs and community resources. Driver's license is required. Other


    Lead Case Manager Qualifications:
    Knowledge of related issues in chemical dependency, mental health, parenting, sex trafficking and domestic violence is desired.
