- Responsible for recruiting hourly, non-exempt, and exempt staff. Perform outreach in the community, screen and share applications with management, interview, and hire.
- Establish, implement and oversee human resource practices and functions related to staffing, employee benefits, employee relations, employee performance and marketing.
- May perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees.
- HR experience or two years of experience in related field
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS experience preferred
- Experience with career fairs/job fairs preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
