Job summary
We are seeking a Mobile Homeless Outreach Specialist to join our team at ABCD's Housing andHomelessness Prevention Department. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for identifying
and engaging with homeless individuals in the community, providing them with resources and support services,
and advocating on their behalf.
- Identify unsheltered homeless individuals through direct street outreach activities and community referrals.
- Collaborate with the Mobile Homeless Outreach Coordinator to conduct outreach in the community.
