    **Job Overview**

    We're seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting the Program Executive Office Soldier.

    This position involves engineering, building, testing, and deploying innovative cloud service offerings.

    The successful candidate will provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or assignments.

    **Responsibilities**

    • Direct and control activities to ensure technical requirements are met.
    • Interface with senior management to support organizational-level operations and information sharing with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders.
    • Manage taskers and staffing packets.
    • Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, letters of instruction, other directives, and communications.
    • Control, manage, and schedule organizational resources.
    • Plan, resource, and support organizational events.
    • Archive operations functional documents and information.
    • Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences.
    • Plan and manage facility requirements.
    • May be required to support special requirements (FOIA, International Program, Government Vehicle Driver, Safety, Security etc.).

    **Qualifications**

    • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
    • Master's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience OR Associates Degree and 12 years of relevant experience.
