BSA Harrington Cancer Center is a state-of-the-art, 48,000-square-foot facility with two new linear accelerators for radiation treatments, 24 patient exam rooms, 28 heated chemotherapy infusion chairs and three private infusion rooms for families.

We show compassion, celebrate differences and treat one another with respect.ResponsibilitiesThe Nurse Manager is responsible for assisting the Director with the overall leadership responsibilities of the department in accordance with established nursing standards, philosophy and BSA mission/vision.
The Nurse Manager serves as a vital link between management and the clinical staff as well as strives to achieve efficient, safe, and cost-effective patient care.
QualificationsJob Requirements:
Graduate of accredited School of Nursing BSN or actively enrolled/pursuing BSN, must complete within 24 months Current License as RN in State of Texas American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support Certification Chemo Certification required within 6 months Position requires fluency in English language to function in job environment appropriately
Preferred Job Requirements:
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN Certification) preferred Previous acute care experience in Oncology Three years of experience in clinical specialty - Oncology
