    Senior Project Manager/Project Executive

    Our client is seeking a hard working and dedicated Senior Project Manager/Executive.

    This position will be responsible to provide leadership and supervision of project staff and ensure successful execution and delivery of each construction project.

    As a leader within the organization, the Senior Executive is expected to lead with passion and contribute to the professional reputation of the company through understanding and promoting the companies' core values.


    What You'll be Doing:
    Lead the successful execution of regional construction projects.
    Nurture relationships with designers, contractors, local agencies, and governmental authorities.

    Strengthen company marketing, grow public relations for the company and look for opportunities for business development and pursuit of future projects.

    Manage, support and provide leadership to the construction project team members.
    Manage project team to ensure all required tools and processes are utilized for complete and accurate project reporting.
    Manage project team to meet owner expectations and ensure each project schedule milestones are met.
    Manage project team to accurately forecast budgets and control project costs to meet financial expectations of each construction project.
    Accountable for ensuring accurate financial reporting for projects back to the Regional VP of Construction and the Corporate Office.
    Pursue 3rd Party project opportunities for the company
    Assist the companies' Regional Development Director in Sioux Falls, as required.
    Participate in the recruitment and hiring of local staff, subcontractors and vendors as required.
    Directly supervise employees who are involved in each regional project. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include coordinating and mentoring employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
