    Job Title:
    Recovery Coach


    Job Description:
    - Provide non-clinical support to individuals post-overdose at Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospitals.
    - Guide individuals in their recovery journey, assisting in overcoming barriers and connecting them with support services.
    - Offer problem-solving assistance, education on recovery, and advocacy for recovery goals.
    - Engage with high ED utilizers, coordinate referrals, and contribute to treatment plan revisions.
