Job summary
The Assistant General Manager(AGM) Provides additional management coverage of operating hours and direct supervision of operations to an individual Taco Bell unit. Like the Restaurant General Manager, they are accountable for the organized, eficient, and proitable operation of their restaurant by achieving and maintaining high standards of cleanliness,hospitality,Ñaccuracy,ínbuilding maintenance,Ñproduct qualityÚndspeed of service The AGM directly performs hands on operational work on an ongoing basis to train employees,response to guest service needs or otherwise role model appropriate skills and behaviors in their restaurant.
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders.
- Prepareand package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
- Operate cash registers, process payments,and provide change to guests.
- Maintain the cleanlinessand sanitationof the restaurant including backof house(the line),lobby,and restrooms.
- Assistwith food prepand dishwashing as needed.
- Restock inventoryand supplies.
