    Assistant Director of Special Education in Douglas, WY

    We're hiring for an Assistant Director of Special Education with a petitive weekly pay of $40/hr, plus benefits, for a full-time onsite position.

    Administrator Certification through PTSB is required.


    • Position Type: Fulltime, onsite
    • Pay Rate: $40/HR
    • Certification: Administrator Certification through PTSB required

    Responsibilities:

    • Direct special services under the direction of the Special Services Director
    • Implement and maintain services and programs within established timeframes and in pliance with related requirements
    • Oversee various special services programs including ELL, Title 1, afterschool programs, STEM, SPED, summer school, and transitional programs
    • Monitor budget allocations, expenditures, revenues, and related financial activities to ensure accuracy and pliance
    • Develop intervention program materials, grant proposals, instructional outlines, learning oute guidelines, and other related documents

    Requirements:

    • Administrator Certification through PTSB
    • Experience in special education administration or related field preferred
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills
    • Excellent munication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
